I used to be a long time customer and the last few orders just get worse and worse! My last order, after waiting 3 weeks with no update or nothing I got some email explaining some BS reason AGAIN why they haven't shipped my order, and would ship soon and because of the issues they were putting EXTRA items in the order!.. well 2 weeks later I fondly received my order which DIDN'T have any "extra" items and was missing 2 of the vapes I ordered. I had to email them 3 times before I got a response... they finally sent an email back and gave me a "code" to use for"2 vapes and 10% discount" .. all I wanted was for them to reship them to me... I don't want to place another order with you ever again.. if I go to order the"2 free vapes" I have to pay 17.90 for shipping.. AGAIN!! I have emailed them again 3 times just asking them to reship them to me I shouldn't have to pay shipping again. They're "waiting" for a manager to respond "when they have time"... so of course I'm still waiting! They tack on insurance automatically now but sure as hell don't want to replace anything!! I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone again!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered March 21 and received USPS tracking number on March 27. No package given to USPS to deliver. Customer service is a joke. Emailed several times. Received standard response only after threatening chargeback. Initiated dispute with credit company. Thieves!! Do not buy from them!

VB is my go to online vape store VB has been my best experience ordering disposable vapes online. I would recommend anyone to try them out. I tried a few other websites and have always come back to VB. Here are some pros and cons, imo pros heavily outweigh cons… PROS- price, selection, shipping times, Chloe reached out personally like others have said, they don’t require you to be home to sign which is nice bcuz I work a lot. CONS- have to specifically search some vape models to see it on the website it doesn’t appear while browsing maybe it’s due to their large selection, the tracking is weird says label printed most the time even though it has shipped.
