Awesome communication and fast turnaround I was browsing different companies looking for someone closer to Nevada so the turnaround won’t be so long. I looked at many, only Vapor boss texted me personally to see if I needed help or have any questions. I was talking to a live person and not a robot. Decided to try them out and I was not disappointed! Order shipped on a Friday and delivered on Wednesday. I received delivery alerts and a follow up text massage after it was delivered. I appreciate all Vapor Boss has done to gain my business, I’ll for sure recommend Vapor Boss going forward!

If I could leave no stars I would If I could leave no stars I would! I feel like the last few left are fake and trying to cover up the bs they're doing to people! I used to be a long time customer and the last few orders just get worse and worse! My last order, after waiting 3 weeks with no update or nothing I got some email explaining some BS reason AGAIN why they haven't shipped my order, and would ship soon and because of the issues they were putting EXTRA items in the order!.. well 2 weeks later I fondly received my order which DIDN'T have any "extra" items and was missing 2 of the vapes I ordered. I had to email them 3 times before I got a response... they finally sent an email back and gave me a "code" to use for"2 vapes and 10% discount" .. all I wanted was for them to reship them to me... I don't want to place another order with you ever again.. if I go to order the"2 free vapes" I have to pay 17.90 for shipping.. AGAIN!! I have emailed them again 3 times just asking them to reship them to me I shouldn't have to pay shipping again. They're "waiting" for a manager to respond "when they have time"... so of course I'm still waiting! They tack on insurance automatically now but sure as hell don't want to replace anything!! I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone again!!

I ordered $ 85 worth of vape and find… I ordered $ 85 worth of vape and find out unfillfulled status for a week now and emailed them several times but finally got a email saying they are having problems cause of Chinese new year and shipping delays....Chinese new year was in February ! Emailed them back and want a refund ! Doing a BBB report also contacted my Bank to stop payment 😑
