I ordered a ginormous (18") grav bong - free shipping to Chicago IL, arrived in 2 days... BROKEN. Seemed packed pretty well, but the downstem was broken and the bowl was shattered. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Friday night, called their # and got VM. Sent live chat and 20 minutes later response from Support Rep Gina: super nice and apologetic.. and on friday NIGHT. Saturday morning received tracking (expedited) for a complete replacement, and it arrived MONDAY - perfect condition. Hits like a train :)

Fist of all ler me state i have ordered… Fist of all ler me state i have ordered the same thing from them twice before. I had 0 problems and recieved quality products with no breakage. On the third experience with them the pkg was delivered later than I thought it would've been here. Secondly I ordered and paid for two if that same item as before and got only one. Unbroken but only one. I've emailed several time with no "0" response.
