She clarified that she was basically blackmailed by someone on that terrible review and promised this is not the case. So I decided to go by her word. I am very happy with my purchase 6+ months later. The vape works great, and it was a greatly discounted rate compared to other retailers. I will purchase from them again!

Received wrong item. Cheaper small item I didn't order. 5. Customer service confused as to company policy, unable to offer solution 6. Customer service phone lines are just down on Monday, called all available numbers all day to resolve these issues. 7. Still haven't been able to resolve problems. Asked for refund, and I am refunded a smaller amount. Now I need to go through my credit union and will be without a card for weeks. **** THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY

On the third experience with them the pkg was delivered later than I thought it would've been here. Secondly I ordered and paid for two if that same item as before and got only one. Unbroken but only one. I've emailed several time with no "0" response.
