They took care of me even though I ordered their products from a different retailer. Solace went above and beyond in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and I definitely am! They responded and took care of my issue very quickly and professionally. I absolutely love their salt nic e-juice and I'm just happy they have the customer service to match!!

I've never had any issues before, and I sent an email about this issue but have not heard back yet. Maybe the issue is USPS delays, it was supposed to be delivered no later than November 28th.
