GBThere are some definite issues with a… There are some definite issues with a couple of areas of your company. I’ve had multiple issues with leaking vapes, burnt tasting vapes, one vape I opened was actually melted from the inside out. I emailed pictures of it and one of the vapes that I opened that was covered in vape juice. I have received replacements for some of them after multiple emails to you folks. Your shipping procedures are awful, the vapes never get delivered by the dates that are said and there are no shipping options. The website is so unfriendly to users. The vapes are good when you actually get one that works right.

GBBad Business Purchased cube dispos at Champs. No where close to 3k puffs. Told the rep we no longer wanted to do business as a result of the poor quality devices, but yet we receive calls multiple times a week trying to sell us on new products. I have asked NICELY numerous times, and today after calling TWICE, I let JARED know that this is TERRIBLE business, and I will be letting everyone know in the B2B group.

GBI purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango… I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango (vaportech) and none of them in each box worked. Mind you I purchase these all the time from Quicktrip never had problem. Quick trip said I had to contact the vendor to get replacement. I call them and they said they won't replace them because I did not have the receipt which is crazy about who gets receipts nowadays. Furthermore, they took my ID and scanned it so they know I buy them there all the time since they like to track that stuff. MAKES me so mad. Bad business practices and furthermore the lady on the phone was rude. NEVER will I purchase from this company again they lost my business.

GBPretty upset when I opened the packages… Pretty upset when I opened the packages and there was juice everywhere all over the disposable e cigs, to the point where I had to just throw the whole thing away. Had multiple occasions with this thinking things would be fixed.

GBI left a review 3 days ago about not… I left a review 3 days ago about not being happy with the customer service. But things were officially settled and they ended up being very helpful in the end. Giving me my refund promptly plus more. So I wanted to go ahead and make sure I made it known that the experience turned out to be pleasant in the end and I will be buying from them again.
