The price was competitive and all of the accessories (coils and pods) I wanted were available at a better price than I could find elsewhere. When I had to reorder, I knew where to go. Shipping is very fast as well! Keep up the good work.

I never received my order i had to… I never received my order i had to dispute my transaction. I made multiple attempts to contact the website with no success. I was very disappointed and will likely not be shopping here again

Shipping sucks Great products . But shipping is a crazy ordeal . Made a order it shipped out of atlanta Georgia. I live roughly 3 hours away . It ended up in west palm beach florida 9 hours away. Not sure why that is . I emailed them asking but have not gotten a response back on why . Took 6 days to get my package . When I ordered from another site out of Nevada it was here in 3 days . Get shipping fixed and I might order from them again . But wont anytime soon. And still haven't had a reply from them yet ..

I didn’t receive the novo 2 I ordered I didn’t receive the novo 2 I ordered. I got everything else I had ordered. Just not it. It was listed as being in the package. However it was not. The only way to contact anyone is by email. Which I haven’t got a response back yet. I have emailed twice now. Still no response to my emails. Even though I got a reply on my review.
