Their ordering and shipping process is probably top 3 slowest of companies that I've ordered alt noids from on the internet. And they will NEVER refund or cancel once your payment has processed. It's insane. I always forget about that part, so now I have a sticky note next to my screen. Just can't stand how lazy they are.
