GBGreat Customer Support After receiving defective pens, I spoke to Austin in the customer service dept and he was very helpful in getting replacements shipped out to me in a timely manner. They were out of stock of the Backwoods pens because they're so popular and in demand, so he is shipping me some Cookies pens! Thank you so much for your help! GBI ordered a piece quite a few days ago I ordered a piece quite a few days ago, I paid for Express shipping, 2-5 days and there website still only says order confirmed, preparing for shipment. I've tried to email and chat with there support, there is no phone number. I'm beginning to get highly frustrated and kinda bummed. Order number 51263

GBIf it seems too good to be true…it is Kush Cargo will gladly take your money without actually having stock of the product(s) you purchased. Furthermore, their customer service is slow at best and that’s if they even decide to respond to your inquiries. Avoid this place!

GBWas skeptical to buy because of… Was skeptical to buy because of original reviews but! I’m very glad I took the risk- the Rig I bought is just amazing, I received it within 5 days counting just business days within 3 days!! Fantastic- I’m not sure what the people are going through with the negative reviews but they seem very dishonest compared to my experience. I’d recommend you guys a million times over and will definitely be buying from you again. For those here looking to see if you should buy- (YOU SHOULD!!!) they’re amazing. Could improve on phone support services instead of just emails but that’s really the only thing I can recommend change to. :)
