Exchange on product I ordered the wrong size stem and wrote if I could exchange. They quickly emailed back and said no need to return they'll issue a store credit. Now I'll use it to get the right stem. Not bad.

Purchased a $200 glass bong - NO SUPPORT Purchased a $200 glass bong. The inside carburetor broke loose on the second use. And then the spout for the bowl broke just setting it down. No response from 420Science.com They just ignore you. Flushed $200 down the toilet. As an update. We have now received a store credit for $99. Have to admit to being surprised. Better than a poke in the eye. Took a couple weeks for this outcome.

Other than that they lied to me about the delivery date keep pushing it back and still don’t have a single product and it’s pathetic.

Horrible Experience... Scam I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item that was over $60 (which is now about $30) and I was missing the main parts... the part that made it was DAMAGED. I returned it and received a second one, only to face the same issue of having missing parts! They stole my money from me, and won't communicate with me further.
