Ordered and paid for products - SCAM Ordered and paid for products, then they asked for insurance and tax so the delivery would be "hitch free." Delivery never came, and when I contacted them, they then said I would need to pay another $500. No refund and no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM KOOS - Total Scam. They will pay the price...

They took my order They took my order. Than took my money. And I have never received my order. They have blocked my number etc... so they don't have to deal with it. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM KOOS. You will just get ripped off.

Scam! Stay away! Scam! Stay away! I placed my $233 order; they texted me to give me Zelle details to send payment. The very next day, they contacted me saying that they needed an additional $231 for taxes and insurance but that $189 (the insurance part) would be returned to me after the order was delivered. I told them I wasn't sending them any more money. When I asked them for my money to be returned; they went radio silent. Total SCAM!

They want you to use Zelle to send money to someones email address, then they want you to, send MORE money for insurance and THEN they say your payment doesn't show in their system (even though I sent screenshots showing they have been paid) then they say please send ANOTHER $200. They stole over $500 from me and refused to refund.
