I have had a very bad experience when… I have had a very bad experience when ordering a vape online and receiving it late and with the package open and the product apparently used. Taking into account the nature of the product, it is enormously irresponsible to create doubts in the customer as to whether it could have been used before.

180 smoke is a scam!! 180 smoke is a scam!!! The worst customer service I ever come across. I ordered online and they were supposed to deliver the package and guess what its has been almost a month, they r sending me these stupid auto generated emails that someone will be in touch wiz me soon!! Obviously that never happened! Then I called them their "agent" almost told me that he doesn't care, they way he talked to me, his tone was totally unprofessional and he hang up on me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I don't recommend 180 smoke at all!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know !!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! FUNNY THING AM STILL BEGGING FORY REFUND 😄

Normally I go in, hoping it takes me 5-10 mins, but the way the staff treats me and how informative they are, i normally leave a little later, but super happy. Wonderful team!

Don't buy online with them I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response.
