I ordered a concentrates vaporizer pen… I ordered a concentrates vaporizer pen from HippieButler.com and it worked great for about a day, and then it began to act up. It wasn't pulling right and it wouldn't hold a charge with certain cartridges, even though they were brand new. So, I contacted customer support and after talking with them, they replaced my pen and sent me some free items! They were very prompt and the new pen is amazing. I am very satisfied with my purchase from them. The customer service was also very excellent. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Save your $ Used to love this subscription box but last 3 months were crap. Just canceled

Do not get the subscription boxes… Do not get the subscription boxes they're a scam they'll send a large quantity of items the 1st month but afterwards literally half the product. I contacted customer service they told me basically oh well that the picture is just an example. I counter argued that there is a description underneath each available level box. She claimed this was also just an example. When I told her this was unacceptable because that's false advertising. I got an email back saying I had been given a refund and my subscription was canceled. I repeatedly told them I was not interested in a refund or to cancel just to be given what was promised on their site. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar with these people ever again. I plan on posting on every available site I can. Please warn others Hippie Butler is a scam.

One of the worst subscription boxes… One of the worst subscription boxes I've ever gotten. I've been a customer for a year now and just canceled. The roller box is worth the price but the Butler box is terrible. Last order my piece was broken and they sent me 3 rolling trays. The box before that had 2 rolling trays. How many rolling trays does a person need. It is not worth the price. I switched to Daily High Club.

not costumer friendley First they sent me damaged lighters then in the next shipment they sent me 4/5 lighters, because that's just how they handle things. Can you buy all 5 lighters? no. Can you choose what they are? no. So you have to keep buying them, along with other stuff because of the $20 minimum purchase fee, and shipment doesn't count so like a minimum of $30-40 just to try and get that 1 lighter. I thought they were good because of their low price but they have extremely low costumer service and their descriptions and practices are pointlessly deceptive... They're $6 lighters hiding behind a massive paywall. Ill only maybe buy from them again if they drop the $20 fee so I can try and get that one red lighter but for now id rather buy from AMAZON, at least they don't sensor and weed out their reviews! Ya they don't let you see the bad reviews on their website, tells you a ton about how trust worthy they are. I got a random email from them asking for me to review lighters that i already reviewed. So i voiced my frustrations straight to them instead. They took it personally. I understand you're a person Scott, but so are your customers! We don't enjoy being swindled or receiving emails we unsubscribed from especially if its asking for a review you denied on your page. Disgusting. I brought my concerns straight to the clipper community and you can guarantee that you just lost customers. Its hard for us to find our collectables so we communicate very well in our community, and you lost all your standing.
