No customer incentives (coupons) UNLESS you're purchasing a minimum of $50 bucks. Suggestion, think quantity here. If you offer even more coupons for prices under $50, you'll get even more customers. It will all wash out for the positive for you guys!

Do Not Buy From Them Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Got the confirmation email. Money was taken out of my account. Since then absolutely no communication whatsoever. Have tried to contact them on at least 3 occasions, and no response at all. Based on this, I certainly wouldn't be dealing with them.

Complaints About Website Normally, I don't have any issues with their customer service. My complaints are more about their website. Multiple times now, I have spent hours picking products and putting them in my cart only to have the website refresh on it's own, and completely empty my cart out of the blue, with me actively shopping their site. Incredibly frustrating because I cant go back and remember each one I added, so they will naturally get much less of my money because of that. The other issue is, their website is notoriously about 98% out of stock, on everything and it's very rare that they replenish anything, which is completely stupid because they are missing so many sales.
