Charged me $500 one month ago, zero communication since then I placed an order one month ago and was immediately charged for the total amount of ~$500. Since then, I have not received any updates on the order and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have called and left a message, sent multiple email messages, and gotten crickets back. Their website says they ship ALL (their emphasis, not mine) orders within 1-3 business days. I am starting to worry they are a scam website and will need to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Really unfortunate.

Puffco...Thumbs up-Vape itself ? same old thing Its OK but expensive from my experience I had hoped for something more advanced than a chamber and heating element. I will say Puffco's customer service is exceptionally good. Because I was disappointed a very personable rep contacted me to offer, help, remedies to utilize its technology better, In the end Puffco offered a "buy back" deal to upgrade to a e nail more to my liking. My feeling is Puffco seems like a great company.My issue with the vape may deal more with advertising

SHADY BUSINESS Customer service SUCKS. I've been ripped off. The toll free number only lets you leave voicmails which NOBODY ever answers. No call backs nor emails. I've politely left OVER a dozen voicemails about my order! SHADY business. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this scam.
