I can barely taste the strawberry and kiwi flavour, there’s no nicotine hit - it feels like you’re smoking on to an empty pen with the ink removed and hardly any smoke from the device. I can’t help but think I’ve been conned. I will be avoiding all Vuse products going forward. Why the big stores think it’s a good idea to stock such a poor disposable vape is beyond me. Bought from an M&S BP Garage. Won’t be making that mistake again…

Favour changed without notice I love the Grape Ice favour and the latest order which I received is totally difference taste and the color of juice is much much darker than before (old one is lighter as lemon juice and the new one is very dark just like tar). I contact the customer care team and they said the favour is not changed "officially".

Dud pods too costly… Constant problems with pods quitting while still half full… at 8 bucks a pod my attempts to get replacements went unanswered after the first contact, and then the price almost tripled over an 18 month span! Sorry RJ Reynolds… not paying that price… thanks for forcing me to quit.

Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods. On opening (ie making it too late to return) I saw that the colour had changed completely. I then proceeded to puff and the taste is totally different - not pleasant. Contacted customer services and said that if the flavour had changed, they should make this clear on the website. They couldn’t really care less. Will be finding an alternative

Vuse flavours are now disgusting… Vuse flavours were excellent and the product one of the best....now i can only describe the flavours as disgusting and un-vapable leaving you coughing and sick. The colours changed from a clear liquid to a dark brown in the Blueberry, Strawberry and Grape which were the best flavours now tasting nothing like these fruits. The flavour is indescribable , acrid, burnt, harsh, heavy, tannic, sickly and nauseating. Previously smooth and fruity.
