GBWORKING THROUGH ISSUES Chase had more matts than I knew. I agreed to the extra cost of de-matting. There was a small wrap around her left foreleg due to the vet taking blood that morning. That created a kerfuffle which nearly ended the appointment. I should have just taken it off. The groomer did a good job of getting all the matts out and trimming Chase as I instruction (keep the outer coat). I stopped Groomit after three appointments were canceled. This was a test and it worked out well.

GBAn awesome haircut for a fluffy one :) My dog is very fluffy, he looks more like a bear so it’s not easy to groom this little one - but Groomit made him look awesome 👏🏻 so I want to say thanks to Groomit, they made their job so well! I highly recommend this company, guys at Groomit are so professional, premium dog service 👌🏻

GBWhat an amazing service What an amazing service. They book an appointment at your convenience. I have a long hair Maincoon Calico. The Techs are amazing as well. My fur baby was all matted up & in need for a groom. I went to the site and chatted with representative, and needed a booking asap. Well they were at my house within an hour. I explained how I wanted my cat groomed and what an amazing job the did. I recommend this service to anyone with fur babies or doggies. You won't be disappointed, thats a fact. Ty and the price you couldn't beat. Ty to Helen and Leo for being very professional.

ESThey can cancel at the last minute and offer zero to you We have taken in a sweet stray and she is in desperate need of bath and shave down (very matted). We made an appointment with Groomit for Friday October 27 (soonest available) with a recommended tech - and good to go... Less than 24 hours before the service the tech cancels on me. They ask me to reschedule (next available with the tech is weeks away) - I chat with them and they are just basically "sorry" - no offer of any discount (realize the groom is like $400) - Their only suggestion is that I cancel... Now if I cancel on short notice they would charge me 50% - but they do it and Nothing. Terrible first impression.

GBAustin Groom-it Groom-it has just moved here in Austin. The app was super easy to use! Our groomer Kay was terrific. She was very sweet, and kind to our pups. Chester had a perfect Bichon cut and was so so white! Junie our elderly Pomeranian looked foxy in her foxcut. Will definitely be a reoccurring customer.
