The only thing I would say about Defy is sometimes I have to call to get a prescription filled for Express Scripts and my HRT replaced. It isn't always automatic and doesn't always show up on my web account page for orders.

The provider I met with was one of the… The provider I met with was one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever seen. She diagnosed deficiencies on my lab work which explains a very long history of Insomnia and I am now on a supplement program to improve that issue. She was very attentive to my previous treatment t plans and helped design a program “very specific” for me. Compassionate and competent: what every patient is wanting when treating men’s health issues.

When I asked for his opinions about different medications or supplements he would give me his response along with an explanation to help me understand the reasoning for his answer. Very easy to talk to, he made it more of a conversation than a do this because I said so situation.

Provider Beth was wonderful. The provider, Beth was kind, knowledgeable and understanding took a lot of time to understand what I had to say, and explain everything fully. So far I am very happy with my consult.
