Was trying to replace my chat bot on my… Was trying to replace my chat bot on my website with a new one and all I got were guides but they were to complicated for me. The rep was nice but not helpful. Unfortunately I have to watch videos elsewhere to get an understanding of how to do it. If you cant help then what's the point of customer service

Efficient, kind and helpful! I am very impressed. The chatbot gave me similar answers to what I had found online after a lot of searching, but connected me to Ani Hakobian immediately. She was friendly and beyond efficient. She fixed my page overflow issue which had been giving me a headache for two days, and was kind enough to send me a loom recording showing me how to do it, and how to avoid that the issue happens again.
