The process of using their website to create an account and file the necessary application was easy. You can always call them to ask questions and get assistance. I will be going back next year.

GBI paid and had a docs appointment over… I paid and had a docs appointment over the phone. I reached out 5 times after the appointment to report I got Zero allotment restoral. Each time everyone said it's fine and I'm all good. I was turned away at the medical dispensary because it wasn't. I reached out again and the next day I had my allotment restored with an excuse that the first time it didn't go through but ZERO answer on why it wasn't sorted the 1st 5 times I reached out.
