Before I placed my order I had a… Before I placed my order I had a question and called the customer service line and spoke to a live person which was nice. I do not recall his name however he was kind and helpful. I placed my order and had another question. This time I used the chat feature on the website which was easy to use and I got a quick response from Jane who was very kind and helpful and was able to get me the information I needed. I will re-review once I receive the medication and update with time frames from order to consultation and meds received. So far I am happy with the customer service.

Back in Nov. Great Service Back in Nov. on 29th I worked with a.very nice young lady named Courtney who answered all my questions and therefore enabled me to order the correct prescription and the correct quanity. She did an excellent job and was very pleasent & very helpful in every respect. I would recommend you folks because of this person and the excellent service I received ! Thank You.

Excellence!!!! Every time I have to have an interaction with any company, I hold my breath. Not with Invigor. I had to change my subscription today and true to form, Courtney was all over it. Got it done for me immediately even with a special request. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some of the other Telemed companies but their customer service is so worth it! Thank you again Courtney!

Weekend questions Everyone has been great through the ordering process with a quick turnaround time and delivery. Camille was particularly helpful over the weekend with instant answers. Overall a topnotch experience!
