GBBeware Pricing! The telehealth process was straightforward and easy, and I was approved quickly. However, the pricing is extremely misleading. I was charged $130 for a thirty second video call in which the physician asked two questions. The website only shows what each state charges in fees, NOT the doctor fee. It was only after I paid the $130 that I was told I owed the state of Oklahoma an additional $100, my payment did not cover state application fees. I would not have used the service had I known the actual cost. In addition, the representatives on customer service chat (the only option, as leaving a message is the only option given when you call) ended the chat on me TWICE without any further explanation than "that's what it costs".

GBPositive Results Positive Results My experience was excellent from the time I started the process to receive my card until the doctor called me and informed me that he would recommend me for a card after a few questions and finally receive an email for me to down my certificate. Thank you Leafy Doc for a job well done.

GBFirst never asked for profile number… First never asked for profile number and checked with state, no certificate. Tried calling, high volume. No speaking with rep. Tried to chat, no chat button at bottom of page. Called again charged again. $179. Finally certified and now trying to get money back from first visit that got no certificate. Would try someone else for better results.
