Easy to use service with great customer support I had an initial glitch connecting to a doctor via a video call but the customer service rep contacted me and was extremely helpful in resolving the problem by setting up a phone call with a doctor instead. The doctor I eventually spoke with was very courteous and after just asking me a couple of medical questions, the phone call was quickly completed. After that, I received approval for the medicinal marijuana card within an hour. Overall, a very easy process to complete!

Approved the same day. I had to fill out the application for the state of Michigan on line but it wasn't to hard,and I was approved the same day. I had a few questions,and emailed them and they responded pretty quickly. I was delayed because of a ATT outage that lasted about three hours and still got approved the same day. I got my verification by email that acts as my card until mine comes in the mail in 7-10 days from the state of Michigan.
