Great customer service experience I haven't been using them long enough to rate long term service, however my experience with their patient care team was very positive. I did an online chat, which was immediately picked up (no hold), she was able to pull up my info and help straighten out an issue with my profile quickly, as well as message my doctor and get my prescription expedited. Very positive experience, so far!

Adjustments are EASY! I needed to adjust the date of my refill for birth control and was able to accomplish this with a simple, quick live chat with Merry, who was incredibly helpful. The changes were updated immediately and I was back on track within minutes of initiating a chat. This service is so easy and flexible. They are incredibly responsive. I am so glad I found Pandia and would recommend them to anyone.

Super responsive I'd suspended my prescription while I figured out my new healthcare and pharmacy options through my job. (Pitiful offerings, but that's not the point.) After being strung along only to have my scrip canceled at the last minute by my work provided situation, I reached back out to Pandia to see if they could fulfill my order, if I paid out of pocket. Cara, who helped me, got everything settled in like 20 minutes: invoice sent, payment made, agreement signed, and prescription handled. Amazing Service I love how easily accessible this is, and how I don’t have to go all the way out to a hospital just to get a birth control prescription (I live in a small town) also the text messages by Kaye were very helpful for information that I needed.
