Exceptional care My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the care and guidance we received at Conceptions. We switched to Conceptions after having had a negative experience at another local clinic, and we are SO glad that we made that decision. We went through reciprocal IVF (we used my wife’s eggs and donor sperm, and I am carrying the baby) and worked with Dr. O’Shaughnessy. We feel like the care we have received all along the way has been top-notch, from the administrative staff to the nurses and lab techs to the team of doctors. We are very happy to report that, with one IVF cycle, we are pregnant with our first baby! Conceptions has been amazing!!

Thank you Conceptions!!! Our experience with the entire team at conceptions was exceptional!! Over the course of a few years, we did IVF, a successful double frozen embryo transfer, and another single frozen embryo transfer. Our amazing twin girls are now two and we are expecting another little girl this winter. To say we owe Dr. Bush and his team at conceptions a thank you is the understatement of the century...they are responsible for our family and we are eternally grateful! Every procedure, appointment, ultrasound, email, etc was done with such care and personalization. I felt cared for and listened too the entire time. Two successful IVF pregnancies We worked with Conceptions for several years and had two successful pregnancies from IVF with donor egg. The doctors, nurses and staff all treated us as family and always offered an incredible about of support. Someone was available to answer questions and address concerns at all times. We could not be happier with the care and attention we received. It was worth the struggle, worth the wait and worth every penny.

Treated like people, not numbers After a very clinical few months at CCRM, we wanted a place that felt more compassionate, more understanding and doctors and nurses with a bedside manner - not strictly numbers and procedures. We found that at Conceptions. From our first appointment with Dr. Grindler, to meeting with our lovely nurse (who responds to my emails!) and all the PAs and phleobpotamists, each person we've encountered have treated us like people, not numbers and statistics. We'll stay with Conceptions.

Wonderful experience Very caring and compassionate staff. Office is run very efficiently. Very pleasant experience. We did get pregnant and my only “complaint” is that Conceptions doesn’t offer OB services. We would have loved to stay with this group throughout the entire pregnancy.
