Smooth and Professional I went to sign up for a card a did a video confrense with Dr. Luis Mertins. We had a very pleasant conversation about what was going to be needed and how to proceed. At the end of our conversation, I was confident in knowing that him and his staff would do all hey could to accommodate me. By end of the same day I was approved, within a week I had my temporary license and within a month my permanent license. One star is an overstatement One star is an overstatement. They charge you all this money and can't even do their job right. I was charged $200 to renew my certification months before it expired. Had my appointment the doctor said I was good to go and renewed my certification and said he'd get it sent over. A few months later I got my email from the state reminding my card was close to expiring in 30 days I paid them that night so my card would come in before my card expired so I wouldn't have any interruptions. Well my card expired my new one never came in it has been about 4 weeks since I paid it I checked the state website to find out the doctor from veriheal never sent it to the state like he stated so now I have been fighting with veriheal for 5 days now trying to resolve an issue that should of never been an issue especially with the prices they charge. I can't even get an answer as to why it was never sent over in the first place. I will not be going through them again. I do not recommend to anyone
