GBI've had my medical card for 15 years… I've had my medical card for 15 years and have seen tons of scams, so naturally I was very skeptical about this place. But I honestly can't recommend them enough, the easiest and cheapest renewal I've ever had.... been to plenty of different dispensaries since, no hiccups whatsoever. Just awesome ✌

GBDifficulty Renewing/Customer Service Poor Helpful, but the phone connection to the customer representative who answered the phone was not only very poor and choppy, but she had a heavy accent and soft voice, so I could hardly tell what she was saying. I had to ask her to spell the promo code repeatedly and all she kept saying was “all caps” after repeating the word that I couldn’t hear. After asking what benefit come with the promo code, she said none. (??) I was renewing and feel like this call I made was not helpful. Also, the confirmation link didn’t arrive to my email for at least 10 minutes. I finally closed mail and reopened and it even arrived. Please make this process more user friendly and explain more info on your site. Thank you!
