Grateful Dr. Mayes and his team were amazing. I got tired of playing games with the VA, I felt horrible all the time, and now I finally have some answers. What would have taken over a year with the VA and still probably wouldn't have gotten to the root causes, took less than 3 months with Index. I still have a long way to go, but at least I have a direction, I am very grateful.

Dr LeMay Is Amazing Dr. LeMay is amazing. Never before have I spent so much time talking with a doctor. He obviously cares about his patients and explains complex issues very clearly. I like the clinic's approach of addressing nutrition and lifestyle, which empowers the patient.

Best investment I’ve ever made! "This was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I was being farmed out to five different specialists and was placed on several new medications and still felt no better. So I figured instead of spending another year worth of deductibles to have nothing solved I would give this place a try. I am so grateful that I did! Within a month I had answers and a treatment plan, in 3 months symptoms resolved, and meds were gone! I feel very fortunate to find this group! Great Experience!! Working with Dr. K and staff who truly care about your health and use more advanced testing to determine what is going on. Not medication centered. Dr. K was through and very attentive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall I have had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health.
