Back pain visit I had back pain from some heavy lifting. The check in process was quick and easy. I was taken to an exam room, checked out by the Dr, given prescriptions, etc and was on my way in no time. I would definitely come back to Better Meds/Midlothian, VA for my urgent medical needs!

It was a great experience It was a great experience. We were on vacation when our 2 year old started not feeling well. There was no wait and we were checked in immediately and put into a room. The doctor was thorough and detailed. The longest time we waited was just for the COVID test to come back and they gave my son a lollipop to distract him from the wait. I will definitely come back if we need urgent care on vacation!

The doctors and nurse practitioners are very caring and are always spot on when diagnosing problems. Even though I have a family physician, I am very lucky to have a BetterMed close to me because it is a quick and convenient way to get help when needed.
