Stay away from this place! Shaquaysha at the front desk is… I've been going here for over a year, even taking my son because it's easier for me than seeing my PCP. However, Shaquaysha at the front desk is extremely rude! She even got an attitude and said, "Somebody in a bad mood today," when I couldn't understand her mumbled question underneath her mask and fluid in my ears. Then when I started talking she WALKED AWAY while I was speaking directly to her! When they took my vitals my heart rate was high simply because of how much Shaquaysha was rude! Thankfully this incident happened before I started using BetterMed for our company’s occupational health. There are plenty of other places to go without being treated like that. I will not be going back, ever.

I was in big trouble my covid tis had… I was in big trouble my covid tis had expired by 3 hours as is needed to be 72 hours before flying exactly so I scheduled on the phone heading home to fxbg from Reagan airport and they accommodated me at 7:20 pm had my test the next day int he afternoon and I was able to fly to my grandmas funeral. they saved the day!!!

My weekend visits Twice in the past two months I found myself needing emergency care on a weekend. Since my doctor wouldn't open until Monday morning, I was glad that I remembered Better Care was open to help. Twice, I've needed xrays,once on my foot and the second on my wrist. I was quickly taken care of by dedicated staff and was able to go home, confident that my care was as thorough and professional as it would have been by my regular physician.

The NP that serviced us need to start an IV line and he choose the wrong type of needle and he had a bloody mess to clean up he admitted he did not get right needle and had the nurse help him cap the needle to keep the mess to a minimum. I wondered what kind of NP we had if they did not use the proper medical equipment but other than that he was very nice and professional. His overall dx was correct confirmed by CT scan a few days later

The ability to make an appointment made… The ability to make an appointment made the process quite speedy. All of the personnel, from reception to Nurses very friendly and professional. Very happy with the treatment, and if I ever have need of an urgent care facility again I will definitely go here!
