Seamless, great experience Seamless. We booked a test and submitted request on new years eve before realising that we needed to change date and upgrade. Chatted with someone on whatsapp who had all changes made and email confirmation through next day. No overlong queues at Miami Beach and staff were friendly and helpful. Received results on time too. Very kind staff We got stuck in traffic and were a little late. We were so worried that we would have to reschedule. The staff were so kind and understanding. What we expected would be an unpleasant experience ended up to be very pleasant because of the kindness and professionality of the staff.

I would give this a no star if I could I would give this a no star if I could. I have been trying to cancel a Covid appointment that I have coming up and obtain my refund of $89. I have tried the chat, email, phone multiple times. I can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. Even though the website states under policies that your cancelation/refund is immediate, within 3 days, it has been over a month for me with several different answers, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks again, Nov 7, Nothing! There cancelation says click on the link, I clicked on the cancel link and it gives you no way to cancel your appointment. SCAM ALERT!!!

Received a false positive test that… Received a false positive test that almost had me grounded from my flight to St Martin. Had no symptoms at all. Went to another lab the next morning and review e negative result. Can false positives happen? Yes, but they have no procedure for review or retesting and no way to contact for help after the fact. Not reliable!
