GBExpensive and poor customer service I was first put on an expensive plan to have no noticeable changes. Now I am suppsoed to be starting actual TRT, but only the medications have arrived. None of the supplies needed for TRT have been shipped. For paying over $1000 in the last 6 months, I'm starting to feel like this not the company for me.

GBWellcore has a wonderful process and… Wellcore has a wonderful process and excellent customer service. The whole process is at home treatment, but very well explained. I highly recommend them for HRT.

GBThe medical folks here are awesome The medical folks here are awesome, very helpful and always recommending slight tweaks to improve quality of life, but I'm doing a disservice if I don't call out the phenomenal customer service (Shout out to Brent and Valerie), every time I have had a question/concern, they are always FAST to respond. Hell, they even replied same day to a question I put in during a holiday week with the expectation that I'd hear back the next business day.
