Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!

It was super quick to get into seeing a… It was super quick to get into seeing a doctor which helps stop delaying the healing process. The doctor I spoke to was kind and seemed like she cared and did not try to rush through it. I was able to get the medications I needed and was on previously because that has been a huge issue finding a doctor who can prescribe the medication I need. All in all it went great and will keep going!!

No consultation ever took place! I had set up an appointment for Thursday, February 22 at 11:30am cst for a consultation with Dr. Robin Sneed but as instructed, I was on the email link to join the conversation with the doctor. We could not make contact due to technical issues and the doctor told me to log out and back in again… I did this several times but was unable to complete the service that I paid $195 for. Tried to reach the customer service team in San Francisco but I was put on hold with no way to resolve this issue…

EZcare Clinic Gratitude The Dr I see listens to my concerns, and what I am working on. He is willing to work with me, and at the same time, he expresses concerns and gives advice. My prescriptions were filled and picked up 90 minutes after my appointment. By far, the most convenient and most productive way to be seen by a professional I have experienced. It's almost to good be true, so I am extremely thankful that I took a chance on this practice. I would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, business partners... from my experience, they only way that someone can be disappointed with EZ care, is if they refrain from taking the chance and opportunity to experience the team for themselves Aaron
