The level of professionalism is unmatched, American clinics could learn a lot from them. We wish we met them sooner. They stay in constant communication with you and are very transparent in their interactions. The Adonis staff in the Ukraine are equally as fantastic. However, having American staff here in the USA is very, very helpful and Adonis was so smart in doing this. We can't wait to meet our baby and will be forever grateful to Adonis!!

Our Experience at Adonis After a year of research, we chose Adonis as our fertility agency. Our initial communications were with Maria, who patiently answered all of our questions over a span of a few months. We had multiple virtual meetings with Maria and the medical staff. Logistics department at Adonis provided all the necessary information for our travel to Ukraine. A WhatsApp group chat was created so we can communicate easily with everyone while traveling. Transportation from and to the airport was provided by Adonis flawlessly. Our coordinator in Kyiv was Elena and she was absolutely great. Elena accompanied us through every step of the process. Overall, we had a great experience. I would like to thank everyone at Adonis who made this journey possible.

Communication was not reitty smooth - there were some difficulties. I had to wait for logn and I had to send severla emails and make case lof of calls. The staff behaved well - no complaints there. I can say that I din't have a bad experience.
