Had to file a dispute just to get my… Had to file a dispute just to get my refund back. Customer service unprofessional. Seemed sketchy from the start. Would not recommend you do business with this company.

Mixed feelings.. but Realistic Well my review is a lot like ALL the others…the good and the bad. The Good… I eventually got my RX, the process was very simple to complete, the RX is appropriate for the symptom. The Bad… It took 34 hrs for the RX to be sent in to Pharmacy. No communication from the initial input till about 30 mins before the script was called in, at which I instigated. Immediately thereafter they sent in the script. Coincidence…hmmm🤔. I think they really should keep there words “ same day service” or at least communicate a delay. It is a little unnerving having thoughts of Scam or Fraud…..or maybe I should have been more patient.

This is a really great company that has… This is a really great company that has helped me twice now and is fast and very efficient. They go above and beyond in a timely manner to get my prescription called in hassle free for me, highly recommended if you can’t get into the Dr due to work schedules…

Fake company? Fake company? Thought I was signing up for a phone consult. You fill out answers to their questions though, and supposedly they send a prescription to your pharmacy. I’ve waited hours for some kind of confirmation. Nothing. The chat online and email is useless. It goes round and round, check emails, log on, check emails, log on. No questions answered. Went to teladoc and received phone call quickly and prescriptions sent. Pick up in 30 minutes.

So far, So good! I got started on the website at 11:30am. Process was simple, I filled in some basic information and answered some questions about what my dental infection. Uploaded my ID, gave pharmacy info and I'm now waiting to hear back. Hopefully it won't be long. I will update the progress.
