Great service-oriented company with good stuff! We have been ordering jewelry from Wholesale Gemshop for the past 8 years for our jewelry store. We love the silver work on the many pieces we've purchased and have always been pleased with our orders. Once we were not happy with a few of the rings and were promptly refunded or credited for them. We have always had personalized service and a good response doing business with this small family-operated company. I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend! Very pretty, unique silver gemstone jewelry. Prices are very competitive, and you can order from a U.S. vendor with confidence. Just holding the jewelry, you can appreciate that it is well-made (has a good weight to it) and the gemstones are placed with care. The customer service is top notch and if you have any questions, you'll be answered very quickly by a *real* person. Bottom line: Great quality, Great Prices, Great Customer Service.

First time order but not the last! I placed a small initial order with Wholesale Gem Shop and received the order promptly. I was very pleased with the quality of the items and have already received positive feedback from customers. The order arrived with a few pieces missing, and Aaron was quick to send replacements. Great Service This was my first order with Wholesalegemshop I have ordered similar items from other companies and I wanted to see how this company would compare. After I placed my order, I got a very friendly call from a representative confirming my order and giving general customer service. After the call, I was very excited to see how their products would compare. My order arrived on time and I eagerly opened my package. The quality is good but I have to say that I was disappointing with the size of the product compared to what I pay at other sites. I have placed the items in my store at my usual mark up and I will see how they sell. In a nut shell, I can find better pricing elsewhere but I'm not sure I can find better customer service.
