GBI WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN BUT THAT DIDN'T… I WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN BUT THAT DIDN'T MATTER TO THE DENTIST. ALL SHE DID WAS REFER ME TO A DENTAL SCHOOL AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS TILL OCTOBER. I'M STILL IN AGONIZING PAIN, CAN'T EAT, CAN'T SLEEP, LOSING LOTS OF WEIGHT.

An absoulte delight, shout out to Paloma and Marina! tbh I would have never gotten my teeth as perfect as they are right now without them, definitely a 10/10

GBThe reduced "negotiated" price for dental procedures. I signed up with your company because of the price of dental extractions being slightly over $100 per tooth. I needed an extraction and I made an appointment with one of the dentists listed on your service. I went to the Dentist and gave them my Member Number and I paid $127.00 thinking that this was for the dental extraction. I came to discover that what I paid was for dental xrays and that I would have to pay $450 for the extraction. I contacted, through your messaging app, your representative and was told she would contact the dentist. I followed up with this representative and was told that she was waiting for a return call from the billing clerk at the dental office. I have heard nothing more. On followup I contacted Marina, the representative and she was very kind and apologetic. She promptly re-contacted the dental office and was able to negotiate a more reasonable price for the extraction. In addition the cost of my membership was immediately reimbursed. On September 18, 2023 I was contacted by company mangement to directly hear my story about what went wrong and what went right. I was very appreciated of the care I was shown. I will definitely renew my membership when it comes due. Great company.

GBHad a mix up but Altogether helped me out. I signed up because the dentist I was about to visit was listed as a provider. They would not honor the discount card and I ended up paying full price. Turns out the provider had dropped altogether and not informed them. A rep from altogether contacted me and offered to compensate me for the amount I would have been discounted. Very helpful and unexpected. This is a legitimate Company and I will be continuing to use there discount service the next time I need a dentist. I just need to be sure ahead of time that the dentist is in network.
