He simply moved the support wire and broke it off. Later he said the partial plate was broken when I brought it in. That was a lie. It was fully intact. Lakeside Dental has negative feedback on Yelp and other sites. Lakeside Dental causes frustration in billing, setting appointments and preparing patients for their treatment. I was instructed to take medication prior to my appointment having had recent surgeries. Upon arrival, I was told my appointment this day was a consultation only. Yet I was texted to take these meds one hour before arrival. The frustration is endless. The practice has inexperienced dentists and a constant turnover in staffing. This business is to be avoided.

They were able to find me a dentist… They were able to find me a dentist immediately on a Saturday when the entire state of OH is shutdown for the corona virus. They were able to reinstall my front tooth crown that broke out of my mouth, and will help me if I need additional work if the bond doesn't hold, as my tooth broke at the root. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!, I was really impressed. Would give more stars if I could!

Crown Came off My problem it was not considering as a rush emergency for the majority of the Urgent dentist. One of my crown came off, but eventually it will became in a painful situation. The Representative worked very hard to help me to get a dentist that take care my problem. I felt very protected and care from him. He is a very professional and provide a high quality customer service. God bless him!
