I always have an amazing experience with the customer service. I feel like I'm ALWAYS bothering Jesse, poor guy, but he is an amazing help every time. I've even been contacted directly by Doug once in the beginning to clear up an issue. Any problem is always taken care of right away. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, efficient, and helpful, and if I don't understand something they take the time to explain it. So far, So good, guys! GBIve worked with many companies like this Ive worked with many companies like this most customer service dont know what they are talking about. Most of the time i get help for what i need that moment but there is one specific man that helped me and explained everything so i can really understand and benifit from this chex thing.
