I paid 39.99 per month for for the service, and when I decide to cancel because they can not perform blood test, the company ask me to pay for another 30 dollars for cancel fee which was never mentioned anywhere I sign in. Also, after I cancel the service, they disabled my dash board before 1 month due day. Stay away from them!!!

Skeptical at 1st... They're legit! I was a little skeptical at first with this service. The first initial call was fairly quick, and prices are similar to my area as well. Then after calling the network, I started to feel a little more comfortable. The doctor called me back in less time than estimated, and was 1000 times faster than sitting in a room waiting. But honestly, it wasn't until I called my pharmacy to confirm my prescription was sent that I knew this is legit. I'd recommend these guys if you want to go the telehealth way. And if ever needed I'd use them again.

I could not be happier with the… I could not be happier with the services provided to me today! To be honest, I would have gladly paid 3 times more than I did!! A dental problem brought me here this afternoon after calling every local/emergency dentist trying to make an appointment. Was Told I could not get in before next week. I knew from past experience I needed antibiotics fast. Dr. S Cohen was sympathetic to my pain, thorough, knowledgeable and promptly sent a script to my pharmacy for antibiotics. Thank You so very much Dr. and the helpful staff who did all of my intake work. Worth every Penny and more.

My face was swollen and my tooth was… My face was swollen and my tooth was hurting and searched online to find a emergency dentist no luck so I took a chance and called TelerainMD. They hooked me up and made me feel comfortable about their service. The rep Adrian was very friendly and helpful, she was genuinely concerned about me getting help. The Doctor Kaminski was excellent, he listened and took care of me. I had no problem getting my prescription filled. Awesome teamwork

Helpful, easy sign up and great service. I had an abscess in my tooth and with the holidays couldn’t get into a dentist for over a week and was in severe pain and the infection getting worse. Sign up was quick and easy and I got a response almost immediately. I described my condition and they had a doctor call me back in 90 minutes and run through my symptoms. I can now enjoy the holidays as my tooth is healing and I’ll see my dentist next week and they can take care of as infection will be gone. Perfect service as urgent care would have cost me hundreds of dollars for same result.
