GBthey’re the reason I hate the dentist They didn’t advise me that my insurance was out of network before they saw me and the charges me a crazy copay FOR NOTHING I wanted a tooth cleaning they’d said they didn’t have one on staff after they had x rayed my teeth. Then they kept advising I come back so they could charge me again

GBDr. Beache Dr. Beache is the Dentist that creates an environment for patients that is outside the normal stigma. Comfort is her main priority in your experience at her practice. Understanding of being either nervous or having anxiety will be gone within your first introduction to her. I strongly recommend a consultation with her. I drive 80 miles round trip just to have her as my only provider of dental care.

GBNot very personable They got me in quickly which was great. But, the staff was not very personable. The dentist that extracted my tooth never even asked if I was numb or OK. After I was done I was handed an envelope and told I was good to go. I asked about an antibiotic and was told he was sending an antibiotic and pain meds to the pharmacy. After I'd been home 2 hours I finally called them and asked about my prescriptions. They sent in ibuprofen which isn't helping my pain at all and no antibiotic. I've had quite a few teeth pulled due to calcium issues while Inwas pregnant, I've never been given just ibuprofen nor been in this much pain after an extraction.

GBIssues with Prescriptions The service was fine even with the wait. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the prescription process. After stating where i wanted the prescription sent twice it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy and to one that wasn't open when I arrived anyways. There was a risk of infection without antibiotics and even after calling back to have it changed, it took to the next morning to get it fixed. The dentist did not alert me to the change back and I wasted more time going between pharmacies.

GBAppointment confirmed but not on the schedule My mom had a tooth abscess with extreme pain and swelling the size of a golf ball. She made an appointment and got a confirmation email. Showed up at appt time and was told her appointment wasn’t on the schedule and they were fully booked so she couldn’t be seen. I tried to call and told them we have proof that an appointment was scheduled and that she really needed to be seen and I was just told too bad they are booked up. How incredibly unprofessional to have your patients make an appointment and the be told they’re not on the schedule. By that time all other places had closed. Had she known her appointment wasn’t on the schedule despite the confirmation email she could have went somewhere else.
