Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! If I have to give 0 star If I have to give 0 star, I would. I ordered the wrong battery for my loupe, I returned the battery with USPS. I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace.... Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...

Do not deal with this company!!! Do not deal with this company!!! I ordered loupes and returned them. They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.

Very Poor quality Very Poor quality . I don't recommend it at all. After using for one year the loupe came of the lense and when I contacted them they wanted me to pay almost the same 40% of its original price to get it fixed. Although it came off without any form of trauma.
