Good people to work with but still learning. My dog started out loving the chews but lately is spitting them out. He is not getting any relief from joint pain with this product. Pup Labs are responsive to your emails and contacts. The Customer Service representatives are willing to work with you. However, sometimes an order is misconstrued. I've found instances where my order is taken as a brand new customer and I have two accounts in the system when I only want one. I have found a marketing pricing error on line. They made it right. Belly Bliss I recently ordered 3 tubs & then added the extra 6 of the Belly Bliss after watching the very interesting video online . I have a 8 yr old chocolate lab that has had a few years with tummy issues & ear infections . So needless to say this information pulled me in . We obviously have been thru many vet visits , food changes and medications . I just want my sweet girl happy & healthy ! I started her on the Belly Bliss this week but honestly have some questions I’d love to ask a knowledgable person regarding the product etc. I’m feeling very positive but if you could direct me to the correct person I’d so appreciate it . Worst purchase I ever made Worst purchase I ever made. In addition, they HYPE their refund policy. NON -EXISTANT. My dogs joint are worse for wear and she received no relief from so -called "FREEDOM JOINT DROPS" Buyer beware! RIP OFF!

After ordering only one bottle After ordering only one bottle, and paying for it , the second ad to purchase more bottles is to long, hate to wait, wait, ended up buying additional bottles not in my budget, if u backspace to off the site,, u get double billed, ..that is bad business.
