Convenient and Lots of Potential MileageWise and the tracker app is easy to set up and doesn’t drain the battery too much on my iPhone, which is also a pro. It seems to track quite well in terms of coordinates, though I’m still trying to figure out if it can more automatically identify the business names and locations I’m visiting. In the future, I would hope to see retrospective logs accessible to the customer regardless of the plan they choose, or perhaps a monthly plan for it. I was confused and accidentally signed up for the wrong plan, but it turned out just fine in the end. The MileageWise team seems like a small business, so happy to support their vision and their livelihood making it come true. Another thing I like is that I can access this on my phones and on the Web dashboard. In general, MileageWise is a strong competitor in the area of mileage tracking, especially for small businesses.

Amazing software! Amazing software! The software is extremely smart, knows a lot more compared to other mileage tracking softwares. It is very easy to log your trips on the mobile app. Also their web dashboard has a great layout, lots of little extras to manage your logs faster and easier. Only downside is that it takes a little bit of time to get used to everything, but once you've mastered it, managing your logs is a breeze.

Goodbye Pen & Paper (Mostly) Invaluable amount of time saved not manually capturing addresses, delivery/rides, & calculating work vs personal. I love the plus then add after each stop. It’s so simple to adjust trips or add, almost too simple cuz I’ll often forget to capture my stop. But I said mostly tho as I still capture data like start and end times , odometer readings start and end work, gas fillup cost, mpg, total gallons and daily & monthly averages. I’d love to be able to capture my odometer reading right when I enter my start or along the way in the app instead of only once a month. I always have to delete my home tax base trip from prev day to start of next since working overnights. Capturing a gas cost with trip and totals along way would also save time. Lastly, not being able to use map while add new location and search location with the map available to look at is tough since I can’t view thats it’s correct. I would recommend this app, even if just for the ease of capturing trips. It wasn’t clear I couldn’t use import functionality on my current sub or see data I entered for past months without a higher tier. It’s still been worth and I am not regretting the sub
