GBOutrageous I have been sick for over five months and requested to do a pet scan after numerous trips to various doctors. I was notified this morning that my pet scan had been canceled due to, “There was a significant cost increase in the exam. The cost will be over $2000, we won't be offering the exam for the time being. We do apologize for the inconvenience”. This is completely unacceptable as I had already booked the exam. This should not be acceptable.
