GBGreat doctors, terrible customer service. Diagnosis was thorough, and my doctor is kind and very knowledgeable, but the customer service is garbage. They do not respond to emails 90% of the time, the wait times are absurd, it seems like they have one person on staff taking ALL phone calls at a time. With so many major pharmacies refusing to fill Rx from online doctors, you'd think they would make it a priority to know WHERE their patients could get meds filled, but instead you get stuck calling around all of your town trying to find somewhere with meds in stock. If they would hire more people and be more efficient with the customer service, it would be a great online system of care. But as it works now, it's pretty impossible to use.

GBThis company preys on sick people and… This company preys on sick people and uses sneaky tackitics to make money off people who are looking for a solution to the issues life had tossed our way. I am so unbelievably frustrated. It took me years to reach out for help and being taken advantage of makes it all that harder to get help.

GBI was able to take assessment without… I was able to take assessment without worrying about time. Which is very helpful since I can’t sit still for extended periods of time. Also I got my assessment sooner than I expected which is nice.

GBThe testing was thorough and accurate The testing was thorough and accurate. I feel like it went into a lot of detail. However, I was under the impression that this would give me a diagnosis but my psychiatrist said that it was not so I still had to pay a bunch of money for testing locally that would give a diagnosis. This was not clearly stated on the website. Because of this and still needing more testing to confirm I paid a whole lot of money to take a test that did me no good.
