We had issues THMS 11.11ppb Bromo 2.5 ppb Chloroform 5.96 ppb Dibrom 2.64 ppb and of course Lead .0036 ppb With my wife being sick for years and testing for heavy metals including lead I hope this works!!

was skeptical was skeptical, but the customer service was really good, the results website is very well laid out, and shipping back and forth was easy. tests results matched other water tests i had so it seems to be very accurate. I like that its not tied directly to any specific filter system sales pitch.

When I got my test results I was very… When I got my test results I was very surprised to see fluoride at over 5 ppm as we are on a well. After speaking with several local water experts it was even stranger as flouride is very uncommon in our area. The water was retested and showed flouride at 1.5ppm. So I'm not totally sure what to make of this but I have questions about the accuracy of my test results.

Quality Timely, rapid and accurate results. So simple to use and sending test results out to a second no bias party such as this shows customers that you are not altering test results to upsell. Anyone can follow the instructions to gather samples and send them off for testing. I actually prefer the customer to send offf their own tests so they feel involved in the process of providing better water for their household. I highly recommend tap score for all they can do!
