Short waiting period at my local lab to get a blood draw even on walk-in basis and results come back pretty quickly. Sometimes have trouble using portal. Would like if I had better access to the full PDF report instead of just the results.

After giving blood and giving my urine sample which was left on the counter expose to any type of contamination, I was told “it’s ok it has your name your ok to leave” without securing my sample into containers. I don’t have insurance so the $300 is out of my pocket. I’m hoping that the urine sample wasn’t contaminated. My urine sample was not contained immediately. It was still in the collection cup when I was told it’s ok to leave. I am a class A CDL driver for 27 yrs and urine samples are put in containers and secured immediately as not to contaminate the sample. Just because my name is on it doesn’t mean anything it was still in the collection cup and not secured.

The whole process felt unprofessional The whole process felt unprofessional. The person on the phone got my last name, my phone number, and email address wrong. I walked in and was told could not receive medical attention without a mask, and they didn’t have any masks to give away. Which is complete nonsense, as I paid $259 for my visit out of pocket, I could be handed a mask that costs less than 2 cents for Quest Diagnostics to purchase. After I walked back to my car in the pouring rain to grab a mask after the pandemic is officially over, I came back in and was saw for my visit. The lady who took me into the room had no idea what I was there for, had to pull up the tests I ordered and paid for out of pocket to show her.
