Something I was extremely afraid of was not being connected with an ACTUAL body. Not an issue here. I was connected and then contacted promptly and directly. It was that simple! Tell them what your issues are,fill in the information to pay for the call ($5), then wait to be connected (maybe 2-3 minutes),talk to a professional, then your subscription gets canceled that way you aren't paying for more than you need. No scams,no hidden fees,no shenanigans whatsoever! Great service!! I highly recommend you find out for yourself! I will be repeating the steps taken today in the future should I need their service again,which I probably will because I have Medicaid and do not have a dentist or eye doctor. I was 12 hours from home with a sick… I was 12 hours from home with a sick child, it was also Easter weekend with nothing open. This service was quick, and helpful, definitely put my mind at ease.
