If you want To wast your time and… If you want To wast your time and money, go ahead and deal with this company. Last month I applied for an equipment loan , First they asked for my credit card to charge $1000 application fees and had me sign a non refundable document if they approved me . I signed and emailed them my card to charge $1000, Next day they approved me and scheduled an interview appointment by phone to finalize. After the interview Was done successfully , they sent me the contract to sign And asked me to wire the down payment ( it was almost $20000) . Actually I did exactly what they asked for , here is the trick. After they had my money ,the fee , And the contract, the verification was started, asked me for another interview and they started as any bank asked questions every day . I was surprised how they approved me , signed contract , had the down payment and after all that they need to start the verification process from the beginning. That takes another week , in that time the company which I bought the equipment from , sold it to some one else ( they told me that bank plays around and won’t pay us ) That exactly what happened, the equipment was gone and the bank had my$20000 . Here Is another trick, I asked them to cancel the deal ( the equipment sold ,because the verification time after signing ) They had my money for another week and for sure they took $1000 the application fee. So they wasted my time for 3 weeks, charged me 1000$ and left me with bad position with the company I supposed to buy form . It’s a true story happened with me last month, I’m happy to share it so everyone needs to deal with them should know how this company do business.

Ashley was amazing to work with I usually never write reviews but had to make an exception on this one ! I was referred to Yes Leasing by a friend in the business finance industry as myself when I asked for help in getting a client who was getting turned down everywhere across the country for terrible credit but great financials . I happened to be on vacation with limited internet or calling capabilities and needed someone to really step in and not just take over my clients file but to also communicate with him on a daily basics for he needed a piece of equipment that could not be sold to some else. Ashley not only did an amazing job getting my client approved but got him the equipment he wanted by working with the vender and client. My client was ecstatic and so was I !!! Maegan went above and beyond us… Maegan went above and beyond to help us purchase our first bobcat. When the first machine was sold out from under us, she helped search for new options! When we had second thoughts about the purchase she took her personal time to address concerns and recalculated options to make it where we felt more comfortable. Overall, I highly highly recommend YES Leasing!
