A great experience in Costa Rica I recently accompanied my friend to Costa Rica so she could get some dental work done. We had planned on me being of greater assistance, but Apollo had everything taken care of. They helped us find a place to stay that was close to the facility and ensured she had transportation to and from the office. It allowed the us to have a vacation without worrying about the details.

Empty Promises So I did a significant amount of dental work in Costa Rica through this agency. They were so helpful and available at the beginning. After paying more than $11,000 for my treatments, I am now having some serious issues with the work that was done. Two crowns have fallen out, and I have been back three times to have a faulty implant redone, which is broken again. What is interesting is that now this agency doesn't return my calls, messages, or offer an assistance in getting the issues resolved with the non-responsive doctor in CR. I do NOT recommend using these people, because if things don't go well, then you're out on your own with no support. What a disappointment and now I will have to have this work redone in the U.S. and waste more of my money.

I didn't know a lot at all about… I didn't know a lot at all about getting dentistry outside the US but I did a lot of research and decided that I wanted to go to Cartagena and kept ending on Apollo's website. They set me up with an excellent dentist with all the latest technology. At the end of the day, I got the work done that I needed and without the pain I was expecting. I'm very pleased!

Back to Enjoying Mexico City I had a great experience working with Wes. I started having some major tooth pain a few days into my trip in CDMX, found Apollo online and reached out on the webchat. The next day i was in the chair at Ideal Dental, which was just down the road from where i was staying anyway. Im feeling much better now, and this would've cost way more if it had happened at home.
